According to the latest data released by the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing and the China Logistics Information Center, with the deepening of the supply-side structural reform of the logistics sector, the demand for logistics has maintained a steady increase in the first four months of this year. The quality of logistics operations has been increasingly improved, and the logistics industry has continued to improve. The development trend is faster.
Statistics show that from January to April this year, the total value of social logistics services in the country was 76.0 trillion yuan, calculated at the same price level, up 7.0% year-on-year. The growth rate was 1.1 percentage points higher than the same period last year and 0.1 percentage points lower than the first quarter. The total social logistics expenditure was 3.6 trillion yuan, up 9.8% year-on-year. The growth rate slowed down and was 0.1 percentage points lower than the first quarter.
The main feature of logistics activities in the first four months of the year is that the transformation of new and old dynamics has promoted the improvement of the logistics demand structure. From a structural perspective, while the demand for logistics in traditional industries continues to recover, the equipment manufacturing and high-tech industries are increasingly supporting logistics demand.
